AI Use & Disclosure Statement

Envoy Business Development (“Envoy”) uses AI-assisted tools as part of its working process to support clarity, efficiency, and thoughtful preparation.

AI is used as an aid — not a substitute for human judgment, experience, or discretion.

How AI is used

AI-assisted tools may be used to help with tasks such as:

  • Summarizing notes or conversations

  • Identifying themes, patterns, or open questions

  • Supporting preparation for discovery, review, or coaching sessions.

  • Drafting internal working documents for refinement.

AI is used to save time, reduce administrative burden, and allow greater focus on meaningful conversation and reflection.

How AI is not used

AI is not used to:

  • Make decisions on behalf of clients.

  • Replace coaching conversations or human judgment.

  • Provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • Generate outcomes without review or interpretation.

All insights, summaries, or materials shared with clients are reviewed and contextualized by Envoy.

Use of client information

Where AI-assisted tools are used, personal or business information is handled in accordance with Envoy’s Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Statement.

AI tools are selected and used carefully, with attention to data handling practices and appropriateness to the task.

Why we use AI

We believe that thoughtful use of AI supports a more accessible and effective coaching model by:

  • Making better use of time.

  • Reducing unnecessary cost.

  • Supporting clearer thinking and documentation.

This allows Envoy to offer flexible, cost-effective support while maintaining a high standard of care and discretion.

Transparency and discussion

If you have questions or preferences about the use of AI in your engagement, we welcome that conversation. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is imposed.
