These Terms of Service & Website Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Envoy Business Development website ("Website") and any coaching, advisory, facilitation, development, or related services provided by Envoy Business Development ("Envoy," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Envoy provides coaching, structured reflection, facilitation, advisory support, and development services to business owners and leaders.

Our work may include:

  • Discovery conversations

  • Clarity sessions

  • Review sessions

  • Written summaries and frameworks

  • Ongoing coaching engagements

  • Development or advisory support

Our services are designed to support reflection, decision-making, planning, and implementation.

Envoy does not provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, or psychological advice. Any decisions made remain solely your responsibility.

2. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the expert in your own business, context, and decisions.

  • You retain full responsibility for all decisions and actions taken.

  • Envoy does not make decisions on your behalf.

  • Results depend on many factors outside Envoy’s control.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Its effectiveness depends on engagement, follow-through, and external variables beyond our influence.

3. No Guarantees

Envoy aims to provide thoughtful, high-quality support. However, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Business performance

4. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance of engagement.

Discovery Engagements are typically offered for a fixed, upfront fee. Ongoing coaching or project work may be arranged on a session or cadence basis.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of a single session or as specified in the engagement agreement.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and invoicing terms will be communicated prior to engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Envoy treats client information and conversations as confidential, subject to legal requirements.

Further details are outlined in our Confidentiality Statement, which forms part of these Terms.
