Envoy treats all client conversations, materials, and information shared in the course of our work as confidential.

This includes:

• Discovery and coaching conversations.

• Written summaries, frameworks, and notes.

• Business, personal, and contextual information shared by the client.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect against serious harm.

Confidentiality applies regardless of whether an engagement continues beyond an initial Discovery Engagement.

Use of notes and materials

Notes, summaries, or frameworks created during our work are intended to support clarity, reflection, and continuity. They are not transcripts or formal records unless explicitly agreed.

Where AI-assisted tools are used to support summarization or preparation, they are used carefully and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Coaching relationship and scope

Envoy provides coaching and facilitation support—not professional advice.

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to help surface insights, clarify thinking, and support forward action. It does not involve:

• Legal, financial, accounting, medical, or psychological advice.

• Diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

• Direction or decision-making on behalf of the client.

You are the expert on your business and on yourself. You remain responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Accountability without authority

Envoy may help you reflect on commitments, intentions, or decisions you choose to make. This accountability is supportive, not supervisory, and carries no authority over your actions.

Limits to confidentiality

Confidentiality may be limited only where required by law, including situations involving risk of serious harm or legal obligation to disclose.
